This is one of our most popular choices. Our bootcamps are 8-10 weeks long & run throughout the year through all seasons.
Join a group of wonderful ladies who come together as one team to train hard & enjoy fitness, it really is GIRL POWER. This course is for ALL abilities & can be adapted to meet your needs. There is no competition other than with yourself to become fitter & stronger whilst supported by other women doing the same for the themselves.
OPTIONS: Choose from 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week
